Looking for a core IT Recruiter with 0-1 years of hands on exp at Sourcing C.V’s,Screening, Shortlisting,Calling Candidates, Biz
Networking, referrals, Databases,
Qualify and pre-screen potential candidates via email or telephone for various high level positions over the phone thoroughly discussing qualifications, past work history and salary.
Understanding the requirement ,specifications and identifying right candidates for the requirements
Must be able to work on fulfilling complex requirements in a limited time period
Willing to work under pressure
Sound knowledge on technical concepts and latest trends
Strong communication, inter personal skills and ability to work independently
